Ingredients: 1/2 cup milk powder
1 tsp flour
1 tsp sooji
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp ghee
milk as needed
For sugar syrup : 1 cup sugar & 3/4 cup water.
Method: First make the single thread sugar syrup. Do not boil it too much.
Then, mix all other ingredients together for the sweet. Make a dough. The dough should not be sticking in your palm. make balls from the dough & fry them in oil & at a low heat. Do not fry it at high heat. After frying add the sweets into the syrup. And, leave it for 1 or, more hour to eat. You can decorate it with almond or, coconut powder.
